Ajith suppose to act in Entertaining, good scripts and big mega hit films like Ghajini, Ramana, Dasavatharam, Pithamagan, Nandha like that. At the time of citizen came in 2001 we thought he will be the number 1 hero in tamil cine field. but he given flaps like ancheyna, ji, alwar now aegan.
Venkat Prabhu is a very good commercial Director with Doing comedy and sentiment. But for ajith we require entry different roles like ramana , or samurai or Dasavatharam it is suitable for ajith. venkat prabhu he will do like that. He is differant role we will always welcome. He is a ultimate star but he to do differant roles. He is going aegan or Venkat prabhu Scripts he will go liKE MOHAN rAMARAJAN, OR PANDIYAN bHAYARAJ ETC. THEY ALSO GIVEN HIT BEFORE NOW NO MORE WORDS ABOUT THEM

Aegan at number 5 in UK
Based on its box office collections in the UK, Aegan ranks number 5 in the UK Top 10 Indian films. This is a very big achievement, considering many popular Hollywood films like High School Musical 3 and Saw V released in the same week. With these kinds of cult classics playing, the chances of the audience revisiting a South Indian film become weak! And the release of the Bollywood cult classic Golmaal Returns worsens (released in the first week of November) that chance further, because the Indian diaspora out there is perfectly cosmopolitan, equally enjoying films made in various languages. But that is what Aegan exactly did. Despite the presence of such films, it made a massive audience revisit it helping it sustain its box office collections and reach the fifth place in the UK Top 10. Well, that is the box office rule – a film that does not let its fans scatter to other films always wins!
It looks like Ajith and Nayantara’s magic worked again just like in Billa. Ayngaran International must be very happy with all this as this is their first production. Also, this will popularize Raju Sundaram as a director in Kollywood. It is heard that Ajith’s collaboration with Gautham Menon and Venkat Prabhu has already stoked up the curiosity of the NRIs of UK and US!

இளிச்ச வாய் தமிழன்
தற்போது தமிழ்நாட்டில் இருக்கும் பிரச்சினைகளுள், இருந்துட்டு போகட்டும் எக்ஸ்ட்ரா என்று அஜித்தையும் சேர்த்து விட்டு இருக்கிறார்கள்.
இது ஒன்றும் சரித்திர புகழ் வாய்ந்த விஷயம் இல்லை என்றாலும் இதில் உள்ள உள்குத்தை சிறிது அலசி பார்ப்பதில் தவறில்லை என்றே தோன்றுகிறது.
இந்த பிரச்சனைக்கு காரணம் குருவி ரசிகர்கள் தான் என்று அஜித் விசிறிகள் நினைக்க கூடும். உண்மை அதுவன்று. அஜித்தை போல ஒரு போட்டியாளர் விஜய்க்கும், விஜய் போல ஒரு போட்டியாளர் அஜித்துக்கும் இருப்பது இருவருக்கும் அவசியம். அவர்களால் தனித்து சூப்பர் ஸ்டாராக இருக்கு முடியாது என்பதை இரு பக்க ரசிகர்களும் புரிந்து வைத்து இருக்கிறார்கள். அப்படியென்றால் இதற்கு யார் காரணமாக இருக்க வேண்டும்?
இதற்கு பதில் தேடுவதற்கு முன் நாம் யோசிக்க வேண்டியது இதைத்தான், “நடிகர் சங்கம் மட்டும் இது போன்ற பிரச்சனைகளுக்கு கொடி பிடிப்பது ஏன்?” இவர்கள் நடத்தும் போராட்டங்கள் தமிழ் நாட்டை தாண்டி வெளியே தெரிய போவதில்லை. டில்லியிலுள்ள யாரும் “அடடே நடிகர் சங்கம் ஆர்பாட்டம்” என்று தொலை காட்சியை பார்க்க போவது இல்லை. இது நடிகர் சங்கத்துக்கு தெரியாதா? தெரியும், பின்பு ஏன் இப்படி நடந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்? அவர்கள் விரும்புவதே தமிழ் நாட்டு மக்களின் கவனத்தை அடைவது தான். இதனால் அவர்களுக்கு என்ன பயன்? வேறு என்ன அரசியல் தான்.
சினிமா வரலாற்றை பாருங்கள். சிவாஜி கணேசன் தலைமையில் தான் இது போல முதல் கூட்டம் நடந்தது. அப்போழுது அவர் காங்கிரஸ் காட்சியில் இருந்தார். அதன் பின்பு விஜயகாந்த் காவிரி நீர் பிரச்சனைக்கு கொடி பிடித்து நாம் அறிந்ததே, அப்பொழுது அவர் தீவிர அரசியலில் ஈடு பட்டு கொண்டிருந்தார். இப்போது குதிரையின் கடிவாளம் சரத்குமார் கையில் உள்ளது. அவரும் அரசியலில் இருக்கிறார் என்பதை கவனத்தில் வைத்து கொள்ளவும்.
சிவாஜி காலத்தில் நான் சிறுவன் ஆகையால் அவருடைய நோக்கம் நான் அறியாதது. அதை பற்றி நான் பேசுவது சரியன்று. ஆனால் விஜய்காந்த் மற்றும் சரத்குமார் அவர்களின் நோக்கத்தை நான் கண்டிப்பாக பேசலாம். இவர்கள் இருவரும் நடிகர் சங்க தலைவர் பதவி வகித்ததே, நாளை தமிழ் நாட்டு அரசியலுக்கு அது உதவும் என்று தான். ஒரு நடிகர் சங்கத்தை தலைமை தாங்குவதன் மூலம் தமிழ் மக்களின் கவனத்தை ஈர்க்கலாம் என்பதை அவர்கள் அறிந்து வைத்து இருந்தார்கள்.
ஒரு சமூக பிரச்சனைக்கு நடிகர் சங்கம் குரல் கொடுத்தால், அதன் தலைவர் வெளிச்சத்திற்கு வந்து விடுவார். “அட நம்ப பிரச்சனைக்கு இவர் போராடுராரே” என்று எல்லோரும் அந்த தலைவரை ஒரு விடுவெள்ளியாக பார்க்க ஆரம்பிப்பார்கள்.இதுவே அரசியல் சாணக்யம்.
விஜயகாந்த் தலைமையில் இதைத்தான் செய்தார். இதனால் விஜயகாந்த்துக்கும் சரத்குமாருக்கும் முட்டிக்கொண்டது நாம் அறிந்ததே. விருதாச்சலத்தில் விஜயகாந்த் வெற்றி பெற்ற பிறகு தலைவர் பதவியை ராஜினாமா செய்தார். இதற்க்காகவே காத்திருந்த சரத்குமார் நடிகர் சங்க தலைவர் பதவியை பிடித்து கொண்டார். இப்போது அவர் வெளிச்சத்துக்கு வர முயற்சிக்கிறார்.
அதற்கு என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும், விஜய்காந்த் போல ஒரு சமுக பிரச்சனையை கையில் எடுத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். எடுத்து கொண்டார் ஒகேநேகள் பிரச்னையை. சரி புது தலைவர் ஏதோ ஆசை படுகிறார் என்ற தோரணையில் பெரிய நடிகர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர். ஆனால் வந்தவர்கள் பலர் கூட்டத்தில் பேச மறுத்து விட்டார்கள், இதில் அஜித்தும் ஒருவர். இதனால் கடுப்பானார் சரத்குமார். நூறு நாள் ஓடும் என்று எதிர்பார்த்த படம், வெளிவந்த அன்றே அவர் படம் போல போட்டிக்குள் முடங்கியதை, போல இருந்தது அவருக்கு. அது மட்டும் இன்றி நடிகர்களில் பலருக்கு இது போல கூட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொள்வது பிடிக்க வில்லை என்ற கசப்பான உண்மையையும் அவர் விழுங்க வேண்டியிருந்தது.
அடுத்து அவர் கையில் இருக்கும் பெரிய அஸ்திரம் ஈழத் தமிழர் பிரச்சனை, இதற்க்கு உண்ணா விரதம் இருக்கலாம் என்று மாஸ்டர் பிளான் போட்டார் சரத், ஆனால் இது நடிகர்கள் மத்தியில் அதிருப்தியையே கொண்டு வந்ததே மிச்சம். இது போன்ற கூடங்களில் அரசியல் உள்நோக்கம் இருப்பதை பல நடிகர்கள் விரும்ப வில்லை. மக்கள் பிரச்சனையை சரத் தனக்கு சாதகமாக்கிக்கொள்ள நினைப்பதை பலர் புரிந்து வைத்திருந்தார்கள். அவர்களுள் அஜித்தும் ஒருவர். சரத்தை தவிர யார் தலைமை தாங்கி இருந்தாலும் இந்த அதிருப்தி நடிகர்களுள் எழுந்து இருக்காது, என்பதை சரத்தால் ஜீரநித்துகொள்ள முடியவில்லை.
அஜித் விளம்பர நிகழ்ச்சிகளிலும், அரசியல் சம்பந்தபட்ட நிகழ்ச்சிகளிலும் கலந்து கொள்வதை பல வருடங்களாக தவிர்த்து வருகிறார். இதை அவரது கொள்கையாகவும் வைத்து கொண்டிருக்கிறார். நடிகர் சங்கம் நடத்தும் வெளி நாட்டு கலை நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் கூட அவர் ‘தலை’ காட்டுவதில்லை. ஒரு பெரிய தொகையை கொடுத்து விட்டு எஸ்கேப் ஆகி விடுவார். சரத்தின் அரசியல் நோக்கத்திற்கு தானும் மறைமுகமாக பயன் படுத்த படுவதை அவர் விரும்பவில்லை. நடிகர் சங்கத்தை பொறுத்த வரை அஜித் கண்டிப்பாக கலந்து கொள்ள போவதில்லை என்பதில் தெளிவாக இருந்தார்கள். அதனாலேயே அஜித்திடம் இதை பற்றி அவர்கள் பேசவே இல்லை.
இங்குதான் சரத்தும் அவரது ஆதரவாளர்களும் வேறு மாதிரி யோசித்தார்கள். இப்பேர்ப்பட்ட அஜித்தை கலந்து கொள்ள வைத்து, பேசவும் வைத்துவிட்டால்… அது சரத்துக்கு ஒரு நடிகர் சங்கத்தலைவனாக பெரிய வெற்றியாகும். யாராலும் அடக்க முடியாத காட்டு குதிரையை அடக்கியதற்கு சமம். அஜித்துக்கு செக் வைக்க முடிவு எடுக்க பட்டது. “உண்ணா விரதத்தில் அஜித் கலந்து கொள்ள போவதில்லை” என்று பரப்பி விட்டனர் நக்கீரன் மூலம். சரத் ஒரு காலத்தில் பத்திரிக்கையாளராக இருந்தது அவருக்கு கை கொடுத்து. அஜித்தின் பேரை மட்டும் பயன்படுத்தினால் மக்கள் நம்ப மாட்டார்கள் என்று அர்ஜுனையும் கோதாவில் இறக்கி விட்டுவிட்டனர். இளிச்ச வாயன் ஆயிற்றே தமிழன். நக்கீரன் போன்ற மூன்றாம் தர பத்திரிக்கையை நம்பி தொலைத்தான். யானை இருந்தாலும் ஆயிரம் பொன் இறந்தாலும் ஆயிரம் பொன் என்பது போல அஜித் பேரை சொல்லி காசு பார்த்து விட்டார் நக்கீரன்.
இப்படிப்பட்ட ஒரு விஷயத்தை மக்கள் நம்ப ஒரு விதத்தில் அஜித்தும் காரணம். ஒரு காலத்தில் அவர் கொடுத்த பேட்டிகள், வெளிப்படையான விளக்கங்களும் அவருக்கு Bad Boy image கொடுத்ததை மறுக்க முடியாது. இப்போது சாந்த சொருபமாக, முற்றிலும் மாறியவராக இருந்தாலும் “அஜித்தா அவர் சொல்லி இருப்பார்” என்று மக்கள் நம்பும் அளவிற்கு அவருடைய இறந்த காலம் அவரை தொடர்ந்தே வந்துள்ளது.
அஜித், அர்ஜுன் படங்களை திரையிட மாட்டோம் என்று ஓவர்சீஸ் திரையரங்கு உரிமையாளர்கள் போராட்டம் நடத்த அஜித் தனது கொள்கையை விட்டு கொடுக்கும் நிர்பந்தத்துக்கு ஆளானார். உண்ணா விருதத்திற்கு கலந்து கொள்ள சம்மதித்தார். ஆனால் அப்பொழுதும் அவர் பத்திரிக்கைகளில் மட்டுமே பேட்டி கொடுத்தார், அர்ஜுனைபோல தொலை காட்சிக்கு கொடுக்க வில்லை. இதனால் அஜித் கண்டிப்பாக கூட்டத்தில் பேச வேண்டும் என்று மீண்டும் செக் வைத்தார்கள், இதற்கும் அஜித் இணங்க வேண்டியதாகி விட்டது.
சரத் சாதித்து விட்டார். அடுத்து அஜித்துக்கு ஆதரவு தருவதுபோல அவரது கோடி கணக்கிலான ரசிகர்களை தன் பக்கம் இழுக்க முயற்சிப்பார் சரத். விஜய்க்கும் அஜித்துக்கும் சம அளவில்லான ரசிகர்கள் இருந்தாலும், அஜித்தின் ரசிகர்கள் எப்பொழுதுமே ஒரு படி மேல்தான். அஜித்தை போல தோல்வி படம் தந்தவர்கள் இப்பொழுது சினிமாவில் இல்லை. ஆனால் அஜித் இருக்கிறார், காரணம் அவருடைய ரசிகர்கள் அந்த அளவுக்கு ஆதரவு தருகிறார்கள்.
ஆனால் சரத்தின் இந்த உள்நோக்கத்திற்கு ஆப்பு வைப்பது போல இருந்தது அஜித்தின் பேச்சு, “சினிமாத்துறையை சினிமாவாக இருக்க விடுங்கள்” என்று அவர் கூறியது, சினிமாவை வைத்து அரசியல் ஆதாயம் தேடுபவர்களை எதிர்த்துதான். “மக்களுக்கு போராடுரேன்னு முதலை கண்ணீர் வடிக்காதிர்கள், முடிந்தால் அவர்களுக்கு உதவி செய்யுங்கள்” என்பதே அவர் கூற வந்தது. சம்பந்தபட்டவர்களுக்கு இது புரிந்திருக்க வேண்டும். அதனால் தான் என்னமோ அஜித்தை வைத்து திரும்பவும் பிரச்சனையை ஆரம்பித்து இருக்கிறார்கள்.
பில்லாவில் அஜித் சொன்ன வசனம் “சரித்திரத்தை ஒரு நிமிஷம் பாருங்க, அது நமக்கு கத்து கொடுத்தது ஒண்ணுதான். நாம வாழனும்னா யார வேணும்னாலும் கொல்லலாம்”. அஜித்தின் வசனத்தை சரத் சற்று சீரியசாக எடுத்து கொண்டு விட்டார் போல…

காலமான நிருபர்…
கண்ணீர் வடித்த அஜீத்!
குமுதம் வார இதழின் நிருபர் சந்துரு காலமாகி விட்டார். கடந்த பல வருடங்களாக திரையுலக செய்திகளை எழுதி வரும் இவரது மரணத்தை கேள்வியுற்ற அஜீத், அசோக் நகரில் இருக்கும் சந்துருவின் இல்லத்திற்கு வந்து அஞ்சலி செலுத்தினார். இதுபோன்ற மரணங்கள் நிகழும்போதெல்லாம் முதல் ஆளாக அஞ்சலி செலுத்த சென்று விடும் வழக்கம் உள்ளவர், இறுதி சடங்கிற்கு கஷ்டப்படக் கூடாது என்பதற்காக ஒரு சிறு தொகையை இறந்தவரின் குடும்பத்திற்கு வழங்கிவிட்டு வருவது வழக்கம்.
கனத்த இதயத்தோடும், துளிர்த்த கண்ணீரோடும் அன்றும் அப்படியே நடந்து கொண்டார் தல. இவரது வருகை பற்றி கேள்வியுற்ற அக்கம் பக்கத்து ரசிகர்கள் விழுந்தடித்துக் கொண்டு ஓடிவந்து அஜீத்தின் கைகளை பற்றிக் கொண்டு அன்பை தெரிவிக்க, அத்தனை சோகத்திலும் அவர்களை கோபிக்காமல் கார் ஏறினார் தல. இவரைப்போலவே ஓடோடி வந்த இன்னொரு பிரபலம் பிரகாஷ்ராஜ்.
சரத்குமார், ‘பிடிச்சிருக்கு’ அசோக் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு திரையுலக பிரபலங்களும் நேரில் வந்து சந்துருவின் உடலுக்கு அஞ்சலி செலுத்தினார்கள்.

In an exclusive interview with Shakthi Girish, Editor of Galatta Cinema, earlier today, Ultimate Star Ajith Kumar spoke his heart out in order to express his true feelings, sentiments and concerns towards the Sri Lankan Tamil issue that he feels has unnecessarily dragged him into a controversy. He feels pained that baseless rumours and falsehoods have been doing the rounds across the media that he felt the need to clarify so that the Tamils around the world understand that he does feel for them and sympathize with their cause.
Here are a few of his heartfelt statements:
“Firstly, I would like to say that my sympathy and prayers are with the suffering and troubled Tamils in Sri Lanka. My heart goes out to them and I pray that there is a solution to the issue so that their suffering ends at the earliest”
“6.5 crore Tamil people know that I don’t give any interviews or make any statements that are politically motivated. The only time that I make official statements is before the release of my films and pertaining to my films alone. The allegations against me are baseless rumours”

It is reported that there have been some acts of violence against the producers of the Ajith’s latest film Aegan and boycotting of the movie in some overseas centres.
The latest update from the Tamil Nadu audiences who have just seen Aegan is that it is going to be a huge hit across centres. We will have to wait and watch if this issue affects the box office collections of the movie in overseas markets or not.
In the interview given to Cine times newspaper this is what Ajith Said
“I’m an Indian citizen and believe that our leaders are very informed and knowledgeable. I trust them to find a proper solution to the issue. My heart goes out to all the people who are being subjected to terror everywhere in the world”.
He also said “I owe everything to my fans. They have always been my motivating factor,”

Gautham Menon had decided on the name Surangani for his next film with Ajith, if sources are to be believed. However, the name seems to be already registered by Miracle Films. Surangani is expected to go on the floors some time soon. Suresh, a debutante, will wield the megaphone in addition to donning the grease paint for the lead role Surangani .
will have two heroines – Meenatchi and Padmapriya in the lead roles. Yuvan Shankar Raja will score the music for the film. It is said that Surangani will be a big budget film.

Based on its box office collections in the UK, Aegan ranks number 5 in the UK Top 10 Indian films. This is a very big achievement, considering many popular Hollywood films like High School Musical 3 and Saw V released in the same week. With these kinds of cult classics playing, the chances of the audience revisiting a South Indian film become weak! And the release of the Bollywood cult classic Golmaal Returns worsens (released in the first week of November) that chance further, because the Indian diaspora out there is perfectly cosmopolitan, equally enjoying films made in various languages. But that is what Aegan exactly did. Despite the presence of such films, it made a massive audience revisit it helping it sustain its box office collections and reach the fifth place in the UK Top 10. Well, that is the box office rule – a film that does not let its fans scatter to other films always wins! It looks like Ajith and Nayantara’s magic worked again just like in Billa. Ayngaran International must be very happy with all this as this is their first production. Also, this will popularize Raju Sundaram as a director in Kollywood. It is heard that Ajith’s collaboration with Gautham Menon and Venkat Prabhu has already stoked up the curiosity of the NRIs of UK and US!
