Vidyuta Jammwal was seen in Billa 2 with Ajith and Thuppakki with Vijay and his performance was appreciated by all including the audience. His physique and martial arts skills have also been talked about — not just by the audience but even by stars.
Thala Ajith is very impressed with Vidyut’s action sequences and sent him a message as soon as he saw the latest trailer of his Hindi film. Ajith told Vidyut, “I just saw the Commando promo. You are AWESOME! Your hard work and commitment will inspire many youngsters. Take Care, God Bless.”
Ask Vidyut about the action sequences and he says, “The stunts and action sequences are actually not very tough in terms of their basic design. But it required intensive and long hours of training to ensure the stunts look perfect, even almost unbelievable on screen.”
After seeing the trailer of Vidyut’s film Commando, Siddharth took to a social networking site to state, “Take a bow Vidyut Jammwal. The promo of ‘Commando’ is STUNNING! All action, no BS! All the best dude! India’s new action god.”
Ilayathalapathy Vijay had said in an earlier chat with CT that he thought Vidyut had the looks of a hero and should start doing lead roles. What has caught people’s attention is that Vidyut has done all the action sequences himself, minus cables or body doubles in the Hindi flick where he debuts as hero.
