Dear Murugadoss sir,please dont waste your time on shooting the same script on various languages.. At that given time you can work in some different script with various actors.. And also we have seen your inspiration as a tamilan in your films. then why not you spend your time with our kollywood itself and make our industry to be proud with other languages instead of working with other languages…

Well said…Tamil directors feel that the only way they can get PanIndian recognition is by doing Hindi films. In the early 1990s, Mani Ratnam and Shankar proved (Roja and Kadhalan) that you can get Pan Indian recognition with Tamil films. Unfortunately this wave did not last. With Eindhiran, Shankar again proved the right Tamil film can have a pan Indian audience. The problem with Tamil directors and Tamil film industry is that it never thinks out of the box. Once a Tamil film becomes a hit the producer/director quickly sells the remake rights or thinks of doing it in Hindi. How about dubbing the movie in Hindi and doing extensive promotion to market in the North Indian market? Tamils never think of ways of promoting their movies in the toughest market: North India. If your own country cannot accept your movie, what makes you think that non Indian audiences in Europe, Middle East and the US will accept Tamil films?
