region-capturea.JPGBilla… Billa … Billa… – that’s what my heart beats sound like after seeing the 33 sec trailer of “Billa”. The trailer not only gives you a feel of the cold and dark character of Billa, but also looks suave with all the sophisticated weapons, chopper, & cars around. Yuvan Shankar Raja’s BGM stands out with rhythmic beats, Billa chants and the guitar at the end leaves you adrenaline pumping. As if all of these weren’t enough the presence of Ajith takes the trailer to the next level! And when the trailer ends, its leaves you with a question, why so little? – I bet you can’t get enough of it! Vishnuvardan and the editor Shreekar Prasad must be commended for a short and sweet trailer.

Ajith mouths a cold dialogue – “Saritharatha oru nimyisam parunga. Adhu Namakku Kathu koduthathu onnu thaan. Naama Valunumunna yaaravenallum, ethannnaperavenallum kollallam!

region-capture1.JPGAlmost all mass murders & dictators like Hitler sought (false) Historical justification for their deeds. Billa does the same – what more do you need to do to highlight the dark nature of Billa in over less than half a minute without any violence? Vishnuvardan deserves a pat on his back for this.
